Yes — prescribed medication can travel with your pet, but it must be securely sealed and clearly labelled with the pet’s name, dosage, administration instructions, and the prescribing vet’s details.

Can I send food with my pet?
Yes, but only dry food is permitted, and Airpets can secure a portion or two of dry food to the outside of the crate for feeding on arrival or in the event of a delay.

Some pets — particularly small or short-coated breeds — are permitted to wear a coat or jumper during travel, but only with explicit airline approval.

No — collars, harnesses, and leads must be removed before your pet enters the crate, because anything around the neck or body is a strangulation and snagging hazard during travel.

What can I put in the crate with my pet?
Only soft, non-chewable items are allowed inside the crate: a blanket, an absorbent puppy pad, and a piece of unwashed clothing carrying your scent.
