What can I put in the crate with my pet?

Only soft, non-chewable items are allowed inside the crate: a blanket, an absorbent puppy pad, and a piece of unwashed clothing carrying your scent. Familiar smells help your pet feel settled during travel. Toys, treats, thick beds, plastic items, tennis balls, and anything chewable are not permitted, as they can present choking hazards or block ventilation.
