Once you accept your Airpets quote, we send you a link to our online booking form, which captures your contact details along with everything our animal welfare team needs to know about your pet — temperament, dietary needs, medical conditions, and any quirks. We then request the documents we’ll need to confirm what has to happen before travel, such as any outstanding vaccinations, so your pet’s relocation runs as smoothly as possible. When the flight date falls inside the airline’s booking window, we secure the flight and send you a full itinerary confirming every leg of the journey. Your pet travel consultant is your single point of contact throughout, so you can reach out at any stage.
