What happens if my pet looks sedated at drop-off?

If your pet appears sedated when you arrive at the Airpets Heathrow Animal Lounge, we will refuse to accept them for travel — both for their safety and because the airline will reject them at check-in. We’ll work with you to identify whether the cause is medication, illness, or extreme exhaustion, and reschedule the flight once they’re clinically fit to travel.
