Who handles my pet between drop-off and the flight?

Airpets handles your pet at our Heathrow Animal Lounge in the hours before check-in. We then transfer them to the airline’s cargo facility, where the airline’s ground handling team takes over until loading. After arrival, the destination’s local handling agent receives the pet and oversees customs clearance, before Airpets or your nominated agent collects them for the final leg home.
