What should I expect to deal with on arrival?

Some pets will have soiled the crate during travel, may smell of urine, or may be mildly nauseous. Bring a towel or blanket, a bottle of water, and wet wipes to the collection point — and don’t dress in clothes you mind getting dirty. Most pets settle within a few hours of being reunited with you.
