What time is my pet checked in for their flight?

Pets are checked in 4 to 5 hours before departure, which is the airline-mandated cargo cut-off for live animals. Airpets brings your pet from our Heathrow Animal Lounge to the airline cargo facility at the right moment, completes the paperwork, and hands them over to the airline’s ground handling team. Pets are then transferred to the aircraft around 1.5 hours before departure.
