Is it normal for my pet to lose appetite before travel?

A mild reduction in appetite in the day or two before travel is normal and rarely a cause for concern, particularly in pets that pick up on changes in household routine. Keep fresh water available and offer their usual food. If your pet refuses food entirely for more than 72 hours, contact your vet before travel day.
