Does Airpets handle customs clearance for pets arriving in the UK?

Yes — for pets arriving into the UK. Airpets is a registered UK customs agent and holds customs badges at Heathrow, Gatwick, and Manchester airports, so we liaise directly with UK Border Force and the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) to handle customs clearance, charges, and the release of your pet on arrival.

For pets arriving in other countries we don’t carry out customs clearance ourselves, but we have a network of trusted partner agents and will instruct a local clearing agent on your behalf wherever one is needed.
