Will I receive updates or photos during quarantine?

A standard arrival notification is sent when your pet checks in to the Mickleham facility. After that, general updates and photos are not routinely provided. Photos are only sent in specific situations — for example, if there’s a skin concern or injury that needs to be flagged to you as the owner.
