Where do pets travel on the plane?

Pets travel in a dedicated live-animal section of the aircraft’s cargo hold, located below the passenger cabin. The hold is temperature- and pressure-controlled (typically maintained at 18–21 °C), with the same air supply as the cabin above. It’s slightly darker and a little noisier than the passenger cabin, but the environment is otherwise comparable.
