What happens after my pet is checked in?

After check-in, your pet is cared for by the airline’s dedicated ground handling team in a specialised animal facility within the cargo terminal. They’re monitored, kept in a temperature-controlled environment, and given water until it’s time to be transferred to the aircraft. Pets are loaded last and offloaded first to minimise time spent in the crate.
