Airpets offer certified Quarantine accommodation for those imported pets entering the UK under Quarantine conditions.
Our facility is just minutes from the Heathrow ‘Animal Reception Centre’ and the only Quarantine facility located at the airport – Your pet can be collected from the airport and settled at our kennels in a matter of minutes.
- Dedicated, experienced staff are on hand to receive each pet as it arrives, providing personal care and attention for the duration of its stay.
- All pets are inspected by a vet within 24 hours of arrival to ensure they are comfortable and healthy after their flight
- Owner visits are welcomed during visiting hours, Monday to Friday
Quarantine Visiting Hours
You are welcome to come and visit your pet/s at the following times:-
Monday – Friday 14.00 – 16.00 hours
Saturday 10.00 – 12.00 hours
14.00 – 16.00 hours
Sundays and Bank Holidays – Closed
Quarantine For Cats
Our quarantine cattery facility caters for your cats comfort and welfare, each of our spacious pens includes
- Viewing platforms and scratching posts
- Individual heating
- Plastic beds lined with vet bed
- Pens cleaned and cat litter changed daily
- Daily veterinary attendance
- All major brands of wet & dry food including Felix, Whiskas, Iam etc. Special diets catered for on request.
Quarantine For Dogs
Our quarantine kennels offer individual & spacious kennels and runs, featuring:
- Sturdy beds lined with either vet bed or your dogs own bedding
- Central heating
- Individual attention & grooming
- Pens & runs cleaned daily
- Daily veterinary attendance
- All major brands of wet and dry food offered. Special diets catered for on request
